Terms and Conditions for GoalKidz Academy

1. Introduction

By enrolling in GoalKidz Academy’s football programs, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enrollment and Fees

• Registration: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Fees: All program fees are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to parents.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided if enrollment is canceled at least 14 days before the program starts. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

3. Program Participation

• Conduct: Participants must adhere to the behavior guidelines and respect instructors and other participants.
• Liability: GoalKidz Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during activities. Participants should follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided by GoalKidz Academy are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
